The Proposed Social Media regulation bill suffered setback Monday as 90% of stakeholders submissions called for a withdrawal of the PROPOSED legislation which according to them would infringe on the right of Nigerian Citizens. Ifeanyi Ubah’s Disqualification Suit: Appeal Court Adjourns To March 8

The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal Monday, adjourns hearing on the appeal filed by Senator Ifeanyi Ubah of the Young People’s Party, YPP, to challenge the FCT high court judgment that removed  him as the lawmaker representing Anambra South Senatorial District, till Thursday 12 March . A three-man panel of Justices of the appellate court led by Justice Stephen Adah, adjourned the matter to enable some of the Respondents to file their processes.
