Alleged P&ID Scam: Court Adjourns Trial To December 6
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, Thursday re-arraigned a British national, James Nolan on a 32-count amended charge bothering on his involvement in the alleged contract scam awarded to Process and Industrial Development Limited P&ID. The EFCC also presented its first witness Adewale Akinseye, a staff of gtb, who confirmed to the court that he was the account officer of P&ID Limited.
