Kaduna Court Dismisses No-Case Submission Filed By El-Zakzaky

Kaduna State High court has dismissed the motion of no-case submission filed by the embattled leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria IMN Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zazaky and his wife Zeenat. Zakzaky and his wife are standing trial on eight counts culpable homicide, unlawful assembly and disruption of the public peace, among other allegations. Alleged P&ID Scam: Court Adjourns Trial To December 6

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, Thursday re-arraigned a British national, James Nolan on a 32-count amended charge bothering on his involvement in the alleged contract scam awarded to Process and Industrial Development Limited P&ID. The EFCC also presented its first witness  Adewale Akinseye, a staff of gtb, who confirmed to the court that he was the account officer of P&ID Limited. The trial judge, justice  Okon Abang adjourned the matter to December 6 for ruling on the admissibility of the statement made by the EFCC witness.
