FEC Approves $1,5 Billion For Port Harcourt Refinery Rehabilitation, N8.6 Billion For Enugu-Onitsha Road

The Federal Executive Council has approved the sum of $1.5 billion for the rehabilitation of Port Harcourt refinery in Rivers State.
