Crash In Global Oil Price: FG Slashes Fuel Pump Price To N125 Per Liter.

The Federal Government has ordered the NNPC to adjust the price of fuel to reflect global market realities. According to a briefing from the Federal Executive Council (FEC), the new pump price of petrol is now 125 naira. the minister of state for petroleum, Mr Timipre Sylva who briefed newsmen at the presidential villa noted that compliance by petroleum marketers is to be enforced by the NNPC and the PPPRA. Coronavirus: FG Places Travel Ban On China, Italy, US UK Nine Others

The federal government of Nigeria has issued a travel ban on 13 countries in a bid to curb the spread of covid-19 (coronavirus). The secretary to the government of the federation Boss Mustapha made the announcement at a media briefing on Wednesday. Mustapha said the countries comprises of countries highly affected by covid-19 the national youth service corps (NYSC) Wednesday morning also ordered that all orientation camps across Nigeria be shut as preventive and precautionary measures against coronavirus. The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal Monday, adjourns hearing on the appeal filed by Senator Ifeanyi Ubah of the Young People’s Party, YPP, to challenge the FCT high court judgment that removed  him as the lawmaker representing Anambra South Senatorial District, till Thursday 12 March .
